At City Auto Body Centers, you are not just a claim number. We understand that your car is one of your largest financial investments-and we pride ourselves in preserving the value of your investment.

• You have the right to have your car repaired at the facility of your choice.
  
  
• You are NOT required by law to obtain three (3) estimates.
  
  
• An insurance company CANNOT require that you go to a particular facility.
  
  
• City Auto Body Centers will NEVER use after-market or used parts in the repair of your car unless you are fully aware of the advantages (usually lower cost) and disadvantages (usually lesser quality) when compared to the OEM parts supplied by your vehicle's manufacturer.
  
  
• If you don't have rental car coverage, City Auto Body Centers provide COMPLEMENTARY LOANER CARS.
  
  
• You do not need to go to an insurance company drive-in claims office first. You always have the option of leaving your vehicle at our facility, and we'll coordinate the process from there for you.
  
  
• If your vehicle is unsafe to drive for any reason, please don't drive it.
